Carbon Steel Flanges

ASTM A105

Industry workhorse for general service.

  • Applications: Oil/gas pipelines, petrochemical, power generation
  • Temperature: -20F to 800F
  • Tensile: 70,000 psi min

ASTM A350 LF2

Low-temperature with Charpy testing.

  • Applications: LNG, cryogenic, cold climate
  • Temperature: -50F to 800F

Stainless Steel Flanges

304/304L (F304/F304L)

  • Applications: Food/beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical
  • Excellent general corrosion resistance

316/316L (F316/F316L)

  • Applications: Offshore, seawater, marine
  • Superior chloride resistance (2-3% Moly)

Alloy Steel Flanges

Chrome-Moly (F11, F22, F91)

  • F11: Up to 1000F, steam lines
  • F22: Up to 1100F, high-pressure steam
  • F91: Up to 1200F, ultra-supercritical plants

Specialty Materials

  • Duplex (2205, 2507): Offshore seawater, desalination
