盲板法兰是一种没有中心开口的实心法兰，用于封闭管道、阀门或压力容器的末端。它是一个终端封闭部件，在维护、检查或系统扩展过程中起着至关重要的作用。.
主要应用
- 管道封闭： 密封管道末端，防止介质泄漏
- 系统隔离：在维护期间隔离特定管段
- 压力测试：管道压力测试期间的封闭
- 未来连接：为管道扩建预留连接点
结构特点
- 结构坚固，无中心孔
- 比相同规格的其他法兰厚
- 与配合法兰的螺栓连接
- 提供 RF、FF 或 RTJ 密封面

- 标准盲板常规厚度
- 重型盲板：用于更高的压力
- 眼镜帘：单侧盲板，单侧环，方便频繁切换
- 铲形盲板：插入配合法兰之间
