法兰的设计、制造和检验必须严格遵守国际和国家标准。了解不同的标准体系对于正确选择法兰至关重要。
ASME 标准（美国）
- ASME B16.5：NPS 1/2 至 24
- 压力等级150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500
- 面型：RF、FF、RTJ、MFM
EN 标准（欧洲）
- EN 1092-1：欧洲主要钢制法兰标准
- 压力额定值：PN2.5、PN6、PN10、PN16、PN25、PN40、PN63、PN100
- 各种法兰类型和密封面
GB 标准（中文）
- GB/T 9115-9119：各种法兰类型
- 压力额定值：PN2.5 至 PN160
压力等级比较
- 150 级，约 PN20（20 巴）
- 300 级，约 PN50（50 巴）
- 600 级约 PN110（110 巴）
- 1500 级，约 PN260（260 巴）
法兰面类型
- 凸面 (RF)：最常见，中低压
- 平面 (FF)：低压应用
- 环形接头 (RTJ)：高压高温
- 公-母（MFM）：良好的密封性能
- 舌槽 (TG)：危险介质的最佳密封
材料选择
- 碳钢：一般应用
- 不锈钢：腐蚀性介质
- 合金钢：高温高压
- 双相钢：海水和氯化物环境
