Quality control is the backbone of flange manufacturing. At SongHai Flange, every stainless steel flange undergoes rigorous inspection before shipment to ensure it meets ASME, DIN, and JIS standards.
Material Testing Process
We start with certified raw materials from trusted mills. Each batch of stainless steel (304, 316, 321, 347) comes with Mill Test Reports (MTR) that verify chemical composition and mechanical properties.
Key Tests Performed:
- Spectrometry Analysis: Verifies exact alloy composition
- Tensile Strength Testing: Ensures material meets yield strength requirements
- Hardness Testing: Rockwell or Brinell hardness verification
- Impact Testing: Charpy V-notch for low-temperature applications
Inspección dimensional
Every flange is measured using precision instruments including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Ensayos no destructivos (END)
For critical applications, we offer comprehensive NDT services including Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
