Material Testing Process
We start with certified raw materials from trusted mills. Each batch of stainless steel (304, 316, 321, 347) comes with Mill Test Reports (MTR) that verify chemical composition and mechanical properties.

- Tensile Strength Testing: Ensures material meets yield strength requirements
- Hardness Testing: Rockwell or Brinell hardness verification

Dimensional Inspection

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
