质量控制如何确保优质不锈钢法兰
质量控制是法兰制造的基础。 在松海法兰，每一个不锈钢法兰在发货前都要经过严格的检验，以确保其符合 ASME、DIN 和 JIS 标准。
材料测试过程
我们从值得信赖的工厂采购经过认证的原材料。每批不锈钢（304、316、321、347）都附有工厂测试报告（MTR），以验证化学成分和机械性能。
已进行的主要测试
- 光谱分析： 验证精确的合金成分
- 拉伸强度测试： 确保材料符合屈服强度要求
- 硬度测试： 洛氏硬度或布氏硬度验证
- 冲击测试： 用于低温应用的夏比 V 型缺口
尺寸检测
每个法兰都使用精密仪器进行测量，包括卡尺、千分尺和坐标测量机 (CMM)。
无损检测（NDT）
对于关键应用，我们提供全面的无损检测服务，包括液体渗透检测 (PT)、磁粉检测 (MT)、射线检测 (RT) 和超声波检测 (UT)。
