正确的法兰安装可防止泄漏、延长设备寿命并确保安全。 请按照本综合指南进行专业的法兰装配。
安装前核对表
- 法兰额定值与设计压力和温度相匹配
- 材料与工艺流体的兼容性
- 垫圈类型和尺寸正确
- 螺栓和螺母的等级和长度正确
- 法兰面清洁无损
步骤 1：法兰对齐
正确对齐至关重要。法兰的平行度应在每英尺直径 1/16 英寸的范围内。使用对齐销钉对齐螺栓孔，不得强行对齐。
步骤 2：安装垫圈
选择合适的垫片：螺旋缠绕垫片适用于一般用途，RTJ 适用于高压石油和天然气，非石棉板适用于中低压，PTFE 包覆垫片适用于腐蚀性环境。
步骤 3：螺栓扭紧顺序
- 用手拧紧所有螺栓
- 第一遍：星形模式 30% 的最终扭矩
- 第二遍：60% 星形图案的最终扭矩
- 最后通过：星形模式最终扭矩 100%
应避免的常见安装错误
- 扭矩过大（拉伸螺栓）
- 使用了错误的垫圈类型
- 跳过星形图案序列
- 重复使用旧垫圈
