قائمة مراجعة ما قبل التثبيت
- تصنيف الشفة يطابق ضغط التصميم ودرجة الحرارة
- توافق المواد مع سائل المعالجة
- نوع الحشية وحجمها صحيحان
- البراغي والصواميل من الدرجة والطول المناسبين
- أوجه الحافة نظيفة وغير تالفة
الخطوة 1: محاذاة الشفة
المحاذاة السليمة أمر بالغ الأهمية. يجب أن تكون الشفاه متوازية في حدود 1/16 بوصة لكل قدم من القطر. استخدم دبابيس المحاذاة لمطابقة فتحات المسامير دون إجبار.
الخطوة 2: تركيب الحشية
اختر الحشية المناسبة: الجرح الحلزوني للأغراض العامة، وRTJ للزيت والغاز عالي الضغط، والصفائح غير الأسبستية للضغط المنخفض والمتوسط، والمغلف ب PTFE للخدمة المسببة للتآكل.
الخطوة 3: تسلسل إحكام ربط البراغي
- أدخل جميع البراغي يدوياً بإحكام
- الممر الأول 30% من عزم الدوران النهائي في النمط النجمي
- الممر الثاني 60% من عزم الدوران النهائي في النمط النجمي
- تمريرة نهائية 100% من عزم الدوران النهائي في النمط النجمي
أخطاء التثبيت الشائعة التي يجب تجنبها
- الضغط الزائد (تمديد البراغي)
- استخدام نوع الحشية الخاطئ
- تخطي تسلسل نمط النجمة
- إعادة استخدام الحشيات القديمة
